LP refuses to boot short flash of red LED only

My LP does not boot.

A while ago I ordered an Enhanced LP.

I tried to boot it several times, but had to get a better powersupply.
When I got the better powersupply, I booted the LP several times.

Now when I put power on the LP with the right powersupply the following happens:
the blue light flashes for about 10 seconds
the red light flashes for half a second
When I push the power button the red light flashes for half a second and stays off.

I tried other power supplies, hard reset. But the LP will not boot anymore.
