Do I need a license to use the Latte Panda to sell a project

I need to know all what I need to use the Latte Panda to use it in a project that i am going to sell. I need the license of windows but that´s it? what about arduino, etc. Is there anything on Latte Panda that can prohibit me to use it in a project to sell?
