Touch screen overlay calibration, maybe

When I plug the screen and overlay in, they both work.
However, the touches register correctly on the left side of the screen, but the touches register further right as I tap further right.
So to tap on something on the far right of the display I have to actually touch about 1.5 inches to the left of where I want to click.
Calibration through windows 10 didn't do anything for me.
Did I install something wrong?
What can I do?
