LattePanda doesn't boot. stuck at device mapping table

After I press the power button it shows the logo and lattepanda on the 7" ips screen then it jumps to device mapping table.
E.g. fs0 :HardDisk - Alias hd10b blk0...
Press ESC in 1 seconds to skin startip.nsh, any other key to continue
It gets stuck here. Nothing happens when I press esc but if i press other button it responds
