Does Windows 10 for LattePanda support fully WMI ?

I have one question. Is WMI for Windows 10 works with LattePanda's computer ? I would like to get informations about current voltage of processor, temperature, current clock frequency ? I would like to write a program for LattePanda which allows to read specific parameters of LattePanda’s computer and change them, for example overlock current clock frequency (such as WMI for Windows 10 for PC). Is WMI give me such possibilities ?
