USB 3.0 port not working

This is mostly likely some software quirk as the USB 3.0 port gives power, but doesn't detect anything plugged into it. The USB 2.0 ports works perfectly.

I tried reinstalling the USB driver but that's pretty much how far my troubleshooting has gone. Any ideas ?
