Lattepanda not booting

So i try to update bios by "auto power on", but it does not work.
Now the LP blue LED flicker and the Red only full on.
On the screen i see nothing "no Signal".
What happen is the bios not work or the OS.
If i conect a keyboard there is no power.
What can i do that it work again.
