error loading bios 1.0 auto on

I followed the steps on get hub and it does not finish loading the bios. what am I doing wrong. I followed the steps and does not work. I have not added or removed any of the files in the one I downloaded. I am running a 2g/32g with the newer processor. If there is another option to do this let me know.
