All usb can't detect device...

When using default WIN10, I notice that USB 2.0 doesn't work,
I flush the new BIOS from github,(z8350 v1.1) and turn off XHCI controller to turn on USB 2.0.
But when I save and reset,both USB2.0 and 3.0 don't work...
Is there a way to resolve this?
