App beyond edge of screen

Just got my LP and I have an app that the bottom extends below the taskbar and I cant grab it to resize it

Suggestions?

Was trying to see if anyone else had workarounds, I need the touchscreen for a stand alone watercooled eGPU enclosure for a trade show.

this isn&#x27;t really a troubleshooting issue, it is a limitation of the 7" screen. you could output through the HDMI?
