Kodi audio broken

Hello

Both 17 and 16 versions of kodi in windows 10 has broken audio when using hw acceleration and "change refresh rate". Is there any drivers updates from manufactor for intel hd and audio stt?
I have 32bit uefi board and didn't even found any working linux to try if problem is windows specific....
