Miracast and custom images

I work for a College and we're currently looking at LattePanda boards to power our interactive digital signage. I have a couple of questions I'd like to ask the community:
1) Does the board support Miracast?
2) Would a customized image of Win10 work? Or does the board run a specialized version of the OS?
