LP don't boot from USB and I can't get into the BIOS

Question

Hey everyone,
I have installed Android 6.0 to my LP but the Touchscreen doesn't work. Because of this Problem I want to go back to Windows but here come the new problems^^. My LP don't boot from my USB Stick anymore and I don't came into the BIOS to Change the boot Priority.

I hope you can help me. If you still need infos, just write.

Attach this forum link and mention that you need the replacement. And they will help to combine your DFRobot order with your replacement new LattePanda board! And lead you to ship your LattePanda back to us since it's not a broken one. We can definitely fix the problem from our side. ;)
