LP don't boot from USB and I can't get into the BIOS

I have installed Android 6.0 to my LP but the Touchscreen doesn't work. Because of this Problem I want to go back to Windows but here come the new problems^^. My LP don't boot from my USB Stick anymore and I don't came into the BIOS to Change the boot Priority.
I hope you can help me. If you still need infos, just write.
