Cannot update bios of my lattepanda 4G/64G (Z8300)

Please help me to update bios of my lattepanda 4G/64G (Z8300).
I've tried everything. I've copied files from archive to my flash drive and inserted in into USB 3.0 port.
Also I've tried the other ports, but still no effect. After I re-plug the power cord it simply doesn't start BIOS flashing.
Please, answer my post as soon as you can.
