WIN 10 low performance on LP 32bit

with WIN 10 we experience LOW performance in LP 32.
We have clean WIN from any unused software but it remains slow also if the core use is less then 10%.
The keyboard is slow, the display is slow ..
We have this on ten LP !
Some ideas ?
