Problem with Windows Version

I have bought a Lattepanda 2/32GB Version with windows 10 preinstalled.
The Device has windows blue screen problem with the consequences that it can not be used.
I found out that this version of Lattepanda should have a windows 32 bit version otherwise mine have a windows 64bit versione, do you think this could be the problem?
