Red power LED blinking with no video output

I am currently working on a project on Lattepanda, everything is working perfectly until I shut it down awhile ago. When I tried booting the LP the Red power LED started blinking and there is no video output through the 7'' LCD display. I tried plugging in an HDMI cable and still no video output was found. I have tried hard reset and clicking the reset button a few times, still the problem persists.
I have been using a 5V/2.1A power source ever since and this is the first time that this happened. Any suggestions on what I should do next? I have tried reading through this forum and I don't think there is any current solution to this.
I am using a 2G + 32G board. There doesn't seem to be any sign of the board short-circuiting the ground to the V-in, also it isn't heating up.
