Board shut down during window installation

I faced a problem in windows bootup for my lattepanda 4G/64GB, so I tried to re-install a fresh windows copy to my board. I follow the instructions that mentioned in the website and download the proper image. the setup process starts with copying the image and it goes well, however, when the board restart to continue windows setup it is shut down after few seconds from restarting !!. I try many times even with another windows versions and get same results. I used an original power supply with high-quality USB cable.
Would you please guide me to handle this error.
