LattePanda boot from USB

Hi We have installed Windows 10 pro on our lattepanda which worked great, but know when we try to login we are getting an error that it is failing to load any profile we are trying to sign in with, and the local admin password we set is not working. I need to run a boot disc to reset admin account, but cant seem to get the panda to boot from usb cdrom or any other boot device. Am I missing a step? the normal keys dont seem to be working.
