Reinstall failed with official step

I follow the step to make a USB reinstall device.

But the same USB device shows different reaction with my two lattepanda.

Fail :
S70CR200-CC34E Z8350
BIOS version : S70CR200 3.06 x64
Build Date: 03/23/2017

Success :
S70CR110-CC345 Z8350
BIOS version : S70CR100 3.08 
Build Date: 01/16/2017

The failed one which enter BIOS and choose the image device with nothing happen.

Any solution for S70CR200-CC34E? or someone reinstall successfully on this device?
