Installation steps of Windows10 home 32bit cannot finish

So that, I downloaded official Windows 10 image (x86 version for CR110 z8350 2GB+32GB) and followed the installation steps.
While in step6, recovery process stoped and showed error"0xc0000359".
Please tell me the way to finish installing Windows10 home 32bit version.
