USB 2.0 are not working

i have lattepanda z8300. Few days ago usb 2.0 ports are not working but 3.0 is working. In Device Manager there is a error massege in Generic Root HUB (Port Reset Failed). Also Arduino Leo connectivity is lost. Can I have a help to repair this.
