AnalogRead returns fluctuating value

I am trying to read temperature data from LM35 connected to analog input A0. With the use of Firmata library in MS Visual Studio, I get the temperature value but that value is constantly fluctuating with even lower scanning rate of 100ms.
Is this a Lattepanda hardware issue or power supply noise or something else?
