Turns off

I got the Enhanced board from Kickstarter, I recently saw you trying to start another Kickstarter and commented about how mine is basically a paper weight, and I got told to use the forums, so here I am. From day one I have had issues, after using the board for a short time it hard powers off and I have to unplug and put it back in again. It seems to get very hot so I think maybe this is an overheating issue. Little is being done such as opening a webpage via rdp. Leaving it out of the case seems to make it last longer without turning off. Please advise.
