Download backup copy of Windows 10 E problems.

I've recently got my first LP.
Firstly, it is a great board. However, I have problems with this forum - it is really the most difficult forum to navigate, and I hope you migrate to something more suitable soon. I'm sure I'm not the only person having problems in this regard.
I'm trying to download the Windows 10 E as a backup in case of emergency, but I'm having problems with your download site. Not everybody in the world has access to super-fast fibre connections.
After downloading over 1 gig it want's me to register. I've already registered with this forum. Anyway, I have tried registering with your download site, and log in. When I try to resume download site, it says I must register - but I am already logged in and registered.
Please can you provide an alternative download method?
