changed boot sequence won't save

I can change the boot sequence in UEFI. I'm using "safe and exit" and commit it with "y", but the configuration isn't saved. After reboot it's still the old one.

My Debian boot loader is show in UEFI and when hitting F7 at startup. So how can I save the changed boot sequence ??
