Problem on start - blue and red led blinks

Question

Hi,
When i connect the PSU cable to my LP i have the blue led that blink and the Red led blink "softly" and even i press the start button nothing happens.

Can you help me please?

i tryed to seach a led error sheet but i did not found nothing.

What in my mind is the bios is missing .You can try the solution below!

Hi, Yes the board works before. I was using the board and suddently stopped work, i tried to restart but nothing happened.

Now if i connect the PSU cable i can see the blue led blinks and the red led too. If i press the start button (30 second even) nothing happen.

Could you please tell us more details ? Did the board works before ? And what happened after the powers button pressed? Like the status of the LEDs!
