No Signal!

Hi,
I just received my LattePanda and when following the instructions to turn it on for the first time, on my monitor, the message "No Signal" comes up. I followed all the instructions to start it up and when I reboot it up and test for errors, the LattePanda screen shows up but when it's time to open it and go into the Windows 10 environment, the "No Signal" message appears.
Any suggestions?
