Red LED doesn't turn off when shut down LattePanda

My LattePanda works fine, but after shut down, the red LED stays on. This has happened a couple of times.

Why is this behavior and how do I resolve it?

I think it just takes time to upgrading the Windows system automatically specially when you just got the board for a short time. System will be upgraded to the latest version.
You just need to wait. After the process is complete, it will shut down properly in like 20 seconds.
