Touchscreen not working in HDMI 7" Display with capacitive touchscreen DFRobot

Question

I bought a single board LP 4GB / 64GB unlicensed windows and a HDMI 7" display with touchscreen from DFRobot and when I connected it the touchscreen didn't work .
are there any drivers that I need to install?

i have installed the drivers touchscreen v.1.0 and v.1.1 but still does not work

Dear friend, would you please share some photos about your hardware connection? I don't think you need special driver to make it work. Just follow the guide from docs.lattepanda.com to take care of the power and connection details. Then it should work.
