Laggy with Lattepanda (4g/64gb)

Hi there! Recently my Lattepanda has been really slow. Not sure on the reason why its lagging so badly, even clicking the windows start button will cause massive lag. I have checked the temperature and there is no overheating, running at ~5x degree c.

Anyone could give some advice on solving this issue? Appreciate much!
