ALPHA 864 - BIOS not accessable

I received my Panda 3 days ago and it seems impossible to enter the board's BIOS.
I tried all known keys and several different keyboards BUT:
Everytime I hit a key during the boot-time the system hangs completely and wion't even load up Windows.
Besides:
I have no clue what the blue and red LED are telling me because I couldn't find any propper documentation online.
