[DEFECTIVE] + Alpha Does not Boot (DF13 LED stays ON)

Question

Hi

I've just received my Lattepanda Alpha. Plugged it in using the Lattepanda USB C cable and power supply.

I get a blue blinking and red blinking LED ... the red LED does not go off.

I push the power on button for 3 seconds but nothing happens.

Any help is appreciated.

seems like a good case for an RMA ... I&#x27;m sending mine back

same here, i tried to power it up via external 12v 4A power supply but have the same red light on blue blinking and nothing happen when trying to boot it up.

After power cycling, the blue led blinks and the red led stays red. Device still does not boot up

The device simply power cycles when I hold the power button

Try continuously press-n-hold the power button for more than 10 seconds.
