Lost Ethernet Adapter

Question

Dear Lattepanda Support,

I have setup at least 50 boards and have come across one board wherein the Ethernet adapter is not displaying in the Network Connections list of adapters. This is a brand new board. Is this a hardware board level problem or is there anyway of troubleshooting this?

Thank you.

I only make one BIOS setting change to auto power on at boot.

I did just go into the BIOS and restored the default settings which did not restore the adapter.

Will request an RMA

If Linux, use lspci -vv

If Windows, use HWINFO64 to find PCIe tree

It can be hardware issue or BIOS setting (specific PCIe bus enabled???)
