Which LattePanda for Linux/chromium/youtube playback?

Hi, I'm doing simple project and need small computer board for youtube playback in 480p only. Raspberry pi 4 doesn't do it very smooth, it's laggy and unresponsive.

Which LattePanda would be good enough for me?
