7in display issue

Hello, I purchased my first lattepanda delta in February for a project but I have only used it a couple times. I finally have pulled it back out to finish my project but I cannot get the touch screen that came with it to work. The delta seems to boot up correctly and has both the solid red and solid blue light but there is no display on the screen. Any help would be appreciated.
