Cannot turn on LattePanda Alpha

My lattepanda alpha was running as my tiny server for almost two years and recently it suddenly shut down and cannot be turned on anymore. I’ve tried to search through old post in lattepanda official forum and tried other USB-C power source but have no luck.

Anyone have idea how to troubleshoot the problem? Or I have to accept it’s dead?
