Are my GPIO pins of my LattePanda Alpha 864 disabled?

I have tried to connect an 0.91" OLED display to the Arduino Leonardo and I also tried to connect a power switch via the SW 2 pin connector (that one works) but on the pins S0 to S5 nothing happens when they're connected to ground.

I couldn't find a GPIO option in the BIOS. But is there any possibility that the pins are deactivated otherwise?
