Windows IoT Core on the LattePanda?

I'm trying to install Windows IoT Core onto my LattePanda, does anyone here know if this is possible. I've written the IoT Core image onto a MicroSD card using the Windows 10 IoT Core Dashboard tool. I inserted the SD card into my LattePanda but I don't know how to make it boot from the MicroSD, it just loads into the default Windows 10. If anyone knows how to get Windows IoT running on the LattePanda or knows how to boot from a MicroSD card I would very much appreciate any help/advice.
