Auto Power ON and Touch Panel - UBUNTU

I wanted to ask, if it is possible to have a Auto Power ON feature and Touch Panel simultaneously.
For a long time I was using Latte Panda Alpha with a BIOS version with Touch Panel drivers, but I had to make an update, due to my graduation project. Currently I'm on a BIOS version, which supports Auto Power ON, but not the Touch Panel.
I looked through a lot of articles and a couldn't find a way which would ensure, that both features worked at the same time.
I hope that someone already solved this problem and I just couldn't find it.
