Add Serial Redirection to BIOS

Hi,

Is it possible to have serial console redirection enabled in the BIOS? I have asked on Discord multiple times but no official response has been posted

The Serial Redirection allows for easy control of the LattePanda3 with a simple TTL/Serial adapter, instead of carrying a full keyboard and HDMI display etc

In my use case this will enable having multiple linux installs on the panda, and being able to adjust the boot device easily whilst in the field
