How to I sign-in to my own Microsoft Account?

To use almost anything in Windows, I need to sign into my own Microsoft account. When I set up Windows using the LattePanda Sigma image, it creates a local account for LattePanda. I don't know what the password is for the local account, so I can't switch to my own Microsoft account. If I try to log into Bing, OneDrive, or any other Microsoft product, it accepts my email address but then tells me my password is wrong, which I know for sure that what I am entering is correct. I can't make any changes without at least knowing the LattePanda local account password. Please help.
