Wake on Lan LattePanda 3 Delta

Hi there,

I've had the LattePanda 3 Delta for a week now and I despair of the Wake on LAN. Various tutorials and instructions followed. and It just won't wake up. Do you have an idea?

 it is active in the bios 

active in Windows (11) Magic Packed 

and fast boot disabled
