lattapanda booting to black windows screen and then turning off

I just got a lattepanda, when I first tried to start it, it kept restarting while trying to install windows. Then I messed around in the bios, and I think that the biggest settings I changed where quick/fast boot. and changing the default boot option to whatever other option there was. Now when ever I turn it on it goes straight to a black screen with the windows logo that loads for a bit until it turns off. I can't access bios while this is happening. I have tried hard resetting it. some advice would be appreciated.
