lattepanda can't charge battery

i can't charge Li-PO battery using lattepanda alpha Gen 2.

maybe input is work, because when i connect battery, power is on

but windows(also linux) showing 0% and handmade battery same.

2. i use charger of lattepanda deafult

3. but os showing 0%

Is there something I'm missing? or need some update or bios setting?
