Lattepanda Freezes - Screen with Vertical Stripes

Hi everyone,

 

I’m encountering an issue with my Lattepanda where it freezes randomly. When this happens, the screen displays vertical stripes with various colors, and the device becomes completely unresponsive.

 

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

I disabled the C-states in the BIOS as recommended in previous discussions here. Unfortunately, the issue persists even with this change.I attempted to manually reset the Lattepanda by shorting the RST-BTN pin to the ground. However, this didn’t seem to trigger a restart, and the board remained frozen. 

I’d really appreciate any advice or suggestions on what to try next. Has anyone encountered similar symptoms and found a solution? Could this indicate a hardware issue, or are there other settings I should check?
