Is there a way (other than soldering) to wire a SECOND/EXTERNAL 'pwr' led ?

Hi. I would like to know if there is any way to use my own led in addition to the PWR LED ? 
I plan to put the LP Alpha inside an enclosure. but i still want to be able to SEE the actual status of the power led.
I'm not skilled in soldering and even less soldering on such small elements.
Is there ANY way to obtain the status of the led ? is there any pin somewhere which reflects the actual status of the PWR led (lighted on, off etc ?)
