Clone EMMC to NVMe

Hi,

Would like to copy/clone the entire emmc to a newly purchased NVMe drive.

How do i go about doing that? i pressume i then wipe the emmc? or change the bootorder? don't need dual boot, just a bigger HD. Ideally i don't want to have to reinstall everything again, just copy/paste
