Sigma computer doesn't boot

I have two Sigma  computers, where they don't boot at all. After, connect it to the power, and press button. I see the blue light and then the red light beside the power button. The blue light stay, but the red light it will flash for second in pattern, then the red light will turn off, and nothing else will happed.
