OTG how to configure on LP Delta 3 and UBUNTU?

Hello,
I'm trying to enable and configure OTG device mode on the Lattepanda Delta 3. I have enabled the "xDCI Support" in the BIOS and I'm able to define USB bulk endpoints via a script. 

If I connect the Lattepanda via the USB C port to an other LINUX PC or also Windows PC I do not find the Lattepanda via the lsusb command / device manager.

Any idea what I have to do to get the USB OTG device mode running?  Is it supported by the Lattapanda Delta 3?
